Credit Frequency Interest is credited every six months, at the end of September and March, or upon the closing of the account.

Accrual Periods Interest earned from April 1 to September 30 is credited by September 30. Interest earned from October 1 to March 31 is credited by March 31.

Minimum Payment In accordance with RBI guidelines, interest amounts less than 1 rupee will not be payable. All interest payments will be rounded to the nearest 1 rupee integer.
